I have sandy soil and saw palmettos. I want the palmettos OUT. I want to hear them scream.<br>(After you dig them out and try to burn them they are rude enough to SPROUT !!)I am thinking on a Boomer with loader and backhoe. What size Boomer and implements would ya'll suggest? How much is this going to bite my wallet? I'm in central Florida. I also want a blade, rotary mower and post hole digger.Thanks.

I saw an ad for a MH 1020 with 5 foot bushhog, front loader and box blade. 4WD and diesel. $7,500. What HP is this model? Can I get a backhoe for this model.<br>What age is this model likely to be?Is this an ok price?Thanks

I have saw palmettos, oaks up to 2 inches in diameter and garbage dumped here & there on this property I just got. I want a tractor to front load some of the garbage. I figure if I put a chain on the front of the tractor and run it under the machine and then wrap it around the palmetto of my choice and then ask the tractor to go forward I can get rid of the nasty things. The idea is not to have a bulldozer in to hurt my HUGE live oaks. <br>I like what I've been reading about Boomers. What size, drive and attachments seem like good ideas? I figure on Ag tires. Thinking 4 wheel drive and easy driving (I ain't as young as I used to be).Thanks, gang. I've gotten this far in my thinking from reading your posts. Justine
